Opel GT 1900Photography coming soon
Mini Corvette. Pop-up headlights that rotate manually, Coke-bottle hips, and affordable sports car fun from Germany's everyman brand.
History
The GT was Opel's answer to the sports car craze of the late 1960s. Designed by Erhard Schnell, it used Kadett B running gear in a swoopy body that looked like a baby Corvette. Its unique rotating headlights were hand-operated via a lever in the cockpit. Built by Brisonneau & Lotz in France.
