The last naturally aspirated 3 Series. The E90 marked the transition from analog purity to turbocharged efficiency — the end of an era.

History

The E90 was the first 3 Series with run-flat tires and electric steering assist. The 335i introduced the N54 twin-turbo six that previewed BMW's forced-induction future. The M3's V8 was a controversial but thrilling departure.
